This is the ultimate bombshell wiggle dress, couture quality, fashioned in silk and matching silk chiffon...Fab ! Surprisingly, no designer label....from a very upscale Northern California boutique (Hawks, Ltd., San Mateo) and beautifully tailored. Classic lines, a raised waistline, squared neckline, long back metal zipper. The silk chiffon "scarves" are attached at the back bodice, and have belt loops at the shoulders....these can be draped in many different ways. This has all the hallmarks of a great Chapman or...?
The lovely border print is repeated at the hemline...perfection, fully lined. There is just everything right about this dress, and the condition is wonderful, too. Va Va Va Voom !
Measures 34, 26, 36, and please allow for wiggle room (pun, yes!). The scarves are 58" long, dress is 40" from shoulder to hem. I note very slight underarm issues only on the inside of the dress, not visible when worn.
